PhD in Education specializing in Didactics and Educational Organization. As a Primary Education Teacher in a school with high levels of vulnerability it motivated her to research to improve the quality of learning in public school students through Distributed Leadership in School Management with principals and leading teachers. His interest is to deepen his knowledge in management, the direction of educational centers, pedagogical leadership from a distributed perspective and the training of teacher leaders.
